The punctuality of employees is vital for the smooth operation and productivity of our organization. This policy outlines the expectations and consequences related to late attendance.

Office Timings
The office timings are from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. daily from Monday to Saturday. Lunch Hour shall be from 1:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Late Coming Protocol

  1. Any employee arriving after 9:30 a.m. shall be considered late.
  2. An employee arriving between 9:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. will be marked as late.
  3. Any employee arriving between 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. shall be marked as on leave for the first half of the day.
  4. No employee will be permitted to enter the office after 11:30 a.m. and will be deemed to have taken a full-day leave.

Set Off Against Leave for Late Coming

  1. In the case of two instances of late coming in a day, one casual leave will be deducted.
  2. Employees who are consistently late for more than three days in a month will have earned leave deducted.
  3. For the 4th and 5th late markings, a quarter-day leave will be deducted for each late marking.
  4. Subsequent late markings will result in a half-day leave deduction.

Deduction of Monthly Salary

  1. Any leave beyond two days in a month will be considered as Leave without pay.
  2. If an employee exhausts their leave balance and continues to be late, the additional leave will be considered as Leave without pay, with a pro-rata salary deduction for the particular month.
